Perhaps someone was high(y) when they created the sign. ;)
Does anyone understand what's funny about this? It just looks to me like Mayfield Rd. West takes you to Highway 10.
It took me a minute, too. I thought it was that the arrows were going two ways--but if you look closely, it says "high-Y-way", not "highway". and THAT's funny.
